The building was built in 1704 by the Planeses family deeply rooted in our region of Pla de l'Estany. The house has a very particular architecture because it has three levels of ceilings with "Volta Catalana" with thick walls, when the normal for that time was only to have this arrangement on the ground floors. The house currently offers 4 separate tourist apartments on two floors, 2 of them duplex.
