The building was built in 1704 by the Planeses family deeply rooted in our region of Pla de l'Estany. The house has a very particular architecture because it has three levels of ceilings with "Volta Catalana" with thick walls, when the normal for that time was only to have this arrangement on the ground floors. Capacity for 4 people. It has a kitchen and living room and two bedrooms. One of the rooms with two single beds is located on the ground floor with its private bathroom and another room with a double bed on the upper floor also with its private bathroom.

Capacity for 4 people. It has a kitchen and living room and thwo bedrooms. One of the rooms is located on the ground floor and has a double bed with a private bathroom and another room on the upper floor with two single beds with a private bathroom, in addition to a small office to work.
