The apartments in Ca l’Espardenyer are located in the old town of Banyoles.

The whole house was recently refurbished while maintaining its original appearance. The building dates to 1734 and formerly housed a shop where espadrilles were made on the ground floor, while the former owners lived on the top floor.

The house currently offers two separate dwellings on two floors: the CHARMING APARTMENT and the LOFT DUPLEX.
The apartments are 2 minutes from the Old Town and the Plaza Mayor, where you can find museums, bars and many charming places.
